Problem Statement

Implement `partial(fn, ...presetArgs)`, which creates a function that invokes `fn` with `presetArgs` prepended to the arguments it receives.

Examples

Example 1:
const greet = (greeting, name) => `${greeting}, ${name}!`;
const sayHello = partial(greet, 'Hello');
sayHello('Alice'); // 'Hello, Alice!'
